I especially want to thank the <strong>42 godparents<\/strong> who have made these photos possible. Even though I am very familiar with how the people live in Pachacutec, I was in tears reading headteacher Mary\u2019s account of the godchildren\u2019s festivities, how they had marvelled at what was provided and also, how hard the teachers had worked to co-ordinate it all. They all had a special lunch, to which their parents were invited too, so that they have a clearer idea of just what the godparents\u2019 help provides and achieves. Mary commented that the parents were amazed to see meat on the plate for each child \u2013 normally just the bones is a more common experience. Just that comment alone tells you everything really. They had games and a clown and after the meal and the presents, they did their \u201cthank you\u201d notes and pictures, as you can see. They have already been posted to me, taking a month to arrive! You will get yours either at the lunch this coming Saturday 29<sup>th<\/sup> or via the post.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/educate-peru.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/New-Picture-18.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-268\" title=\"New Picture (18)\" src=\"https:\/\/educate-peru.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/New-Picture-18-300x200.png\" alt=\"New Picture (18)\" width=\"221\" height=\"185\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Such effort on the part of the staff at Saxlingham St. Mary\u2019s Pachacutec is not possible without your support, so a big \u201c<strong>thank you<\/strong>\u201d to you all.
